Easily Offended

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

There were people ‘hot desking’ behind me today. One of the guys became very ‘animated’ during a phone conversation, using language that Mary Doll describes as ‘colourful’.

He turned round to Rod and I when it had ended and apologised profusely for swearing. We BENEVOLENTLY told him not to worry about it and started p1ssing ourselves laughing as soon as he turned back.

WTF? Someone actually apologised to me for swearing!

I must look like a grown up to him. Or a delicate flower.

I’m off to practise my pious look in the mirror.
