Ok, today’s tea - Eldest Mini Princess has changed her relationship with Terry back to friend.

In case you are unaware, ‘tea’ means gossip or news in youth speak.

I have added it to the list of youth type expressions that I deliberately misinterpret to amuse myself with the Youngest Mini Princess’s reaction...

“No mum, you don’t talk about POURING the tea, you SPILL the tea”

“No, you don’t say milky tea”

“Or sugary”

“No, Earl Grey tea isn’t more exciting tea”

“Right, just stop it mum”
