Tasty

Well, this dish has been advertised and promoted so much just lately. I had to try it.
And wow - it’s as appetising as the ads make out!
Courgette spaghetti and prawns - beautifully simple claimed the advertising. It certainly won me over.
Shredded courgette in the shape of spaghetti strands and a handful of large prawns, with a dash of olive oil. Add some pasta if you wish and dress with half a squeezed lime.
It takes just seven minutes to cook in a large pan.
I was delighted. Really yummy and I was off to the supermarket for another pack of the prepared courgette and prawns. Might even try shredding the courgette myself.
