Home before sunset

Home before 4PM so I could still see the sun hiding behind the trees when I sneaked out again to take my pic.

One Picture a Day Challenge Day 3. Especially pleased to have my friend R in!

Lensbaby no aperture ring, tripod & manual focus. It was tricky because it doesn't work with the live view i.e. goes totally dark if you don't make the shutter speed longer. So once I had struggled and struggled to focus and thought I've set it, I had to switch the live view off and shutter speed back and more or less just guess the right speed.
There must be an easier way to do this with the Lensbaby but I don't know it.
