Sheltering Under da Auld Tractor

A cloudy and dull start to the day, and then rain came in.  The rain stopped in the afternoon, with a calm evening, and even the sun trying to get out.   Skies are clearing.

It's been a busy day on the museum desk.  There has been two cruise ships in Lerwick.  A good buzz about town, and they spent plenty in our shop.  I had a fine walk around Scalloway this evening with Sammy, feet up for a peerie while, before heading off to work in the pub later.

With it raining in town, I headed down the road to see if it was dry, but no, so no lunchtime walk.  These poor peerie lambs must be feeling the cold rain, and trying to take shelter under the old tractor tyre.  Hopefully with the fine evening, they'll be springing about the fields now.  Taken at Greenmow, Cunningsburgh.
