A Work In Progress

Our maid came to us the other day with a request to borrow a little money (little by our standards a large amount by heres) so she and her husband could buy their own plot of land. We happily agreed and today she took us on a tour of their new lot. It had a structure, but not a livable one. They have been working hard to clear things out, so they can get started building back. My wife, shown on the right, and I feel this is going to take significant time, they will certainly not be able to move in before this year's rainy season, perhaps not even until after next year's.
