Poorly Kia

Been a bad week for illness, even the Kia has decided to give up! Watched it go off back to Kia on the back of a low loader today- sad view.

Went in late to work (due to above) so met up with the class I should have been with at our local High School to do gymnastics using their big gym and apparatus. Was a good session as usual.

Spent the rest of the day trying desperately to catch up with work, before being told that our evening run was back to the High School to pick up a colleagues car.....12k later!!! I really don’t know how I made it, but I did - well chuffed.

Then it was into the old Escort to drive over to Mum’s for a child free weekend with my sisters. :)
