Breakfast

This morning I had planned to garden early before it got too hot. However, our daughter and granddaughter were going into Bishop’s Stortford as our daughter had an eye test.
 
We met in Café Thyme and had a late breakfast; mine was a gluten-free Brie, Avocado and Cranberry sandwich with salad garnish. Then we did a little shopping while our daughter had her eyes tested. Then we went back to café thyme for more coffee and cake, gluten-free chocolate for me, which is my extra picture. We sat outside so the sunshine was rather bright when I took the picture of the cake.

My husband has blipped a picture of Victoria, sitting in her wheelchair. Considering that eleven months ago, she only came out of hospital on day six, she is doing brilliantly well; this is day six this year!
