The lovely Hanworth cows

A late blip, and driving home from Aylsham where I tap, I realised I didn't have a photo. The cows on the common can be relied on to provide a good picture. I did lighten it a bit as it was approaching dusk.

Feeling tired after a busy day. Started to diet again yesterday. It seems harder to lose weight the older I get, and I've never been a slim person, but I really need to lose a stone to feel happier and to fit in to my clothes. Two weekends away had disrupted earlier efforts, so I've got to get on to a roll where I'm trying harder. No slipping at weekends and I feel it's possible to lose 10lb by my holiday in July. Don't worry, we are going to be in the UK, so unlikely to be letting much of my body out, but to fit in my shorts would be good!

So I walked a bit with Carol and Jane at lunchtime, as we did yesterday, and I've tapped tonight. I've just had a FaceTime chat with Mollie who showed us the contents of her room. She said she has started packing...but there is still lots to do. We will be there Sunday to help pack the last bits.

I'm off to bed now. Feeling particularly tired tonight.
