Dying Forest

We have so many dead and dying fir trees on the hill. In this picture, there are, maybe, five, six? Right here in this same section, visually a few yards north and a few yards south, there are over 50 dead trees. Our estimate is between 100 and 200 dead firs on this place. It's the drought of the last few years, and any other stress on them. Tragic, really.
