Emborio

We had a very interesting walk today to the ancient village of Emborio.It gives a good impression of what Santorini villages looked like in medieval times and the narrow passageways connect tiny houses set into the city walls and churches pop up around corners unexpectedly. We were happy to discover the one little cafe and a freshly squeezed orange juice was very welcome after the hot climbing.
