Lichen

Something a bit different today... a tiny lichen growing on a stone in the wall of All Saints Church Castle Camps.

I recently acquired an old ring flash for macro photography and while it doesn't work properly with my newer cameras, I still have a IDs Mk III in the cupboard and the flash unit works fine on that... So I'll be resurrecting this camera for some macro photography.

The lichen was less that the size of a 5p coin and the stone seemed to be some kind of sandstone.
