Bake Off

For my recent birthday, our son bought me a voucher for a day at a cookery school in Exeter.  There are all sorts of topics, and I chose the "Bread Making" course which was held today.
What a super day I've had. Not only did I learn an enormous amount, from the excellent chef instructor, but the 6 of us that were on the course all got on really well, and we laughed the entire day. A great tonic in more ways than one.
This shot shows the "couronne aux fines herbes"  - newly made and just about to go into the oven. 
I've now got a bag full of all sorts of bread to get through. Anyone short of a loaf?
