“Ahem” Anyway, a glorious bit of nonsense at the Falkirk Wheel. They were going for the biggest number of canoeists in the boat lift world record in answer to a challenge from a Canadian Society that holds the biggest number of canoeists in a lock. I had no idea these things were so competitive. There was also loads of other shenanigans going on – extras! Everyone enjoying the sunshine. Braw apart from the queue at the ice cream van which was 59 at the last count. Fortunately I don't like ice cream, if you have a moustache (and I have a fine collection) all you smell is sour milk for the rest of the day. Another grand day out. This retirement stuff seems to be a bit hedonistic. I am feeling the need to be productive. Perhaps it will pass.
