Hostas

The shapes the hostas make when they come through look interesting from above, and monochrome emphasizes that a bit I think. These are in a pot, and once they've unfurled fully will provide leaf shape and colour on the deck. The flowers are not so interesting, although worth having all the same. The hostas in the garden are going to be large this year I hope, and we should perhaps have re-positioned them, but we'll see what happens and do it in the autumn if need be.
