She's not so small now , but more precious every day, happy birthday K enjoy your evening.
It has been another lovely day so I've washed the towels including the one I used at the club this morning. A much better swim/ exercise today , last week was awful , so I'm slowly getting back to normal, whatever normal is?.


Grateful ..... for an ear on the phone this pm. An always reliable friend .
