Buttercup Boy

Slept well.....hub not so :-/

I was up and off to meet up with sis, we had planned to go to Pilates, but her pain is back with avengence, so that was a nonstarter. Her chiropractor has said she needs to stay away, as she was doing brilliantly, then resumed Pilates, and gradually she has gone backwards :-(

So instead, on e she had done her floor exercises and got herself up off the floor, we took a slow walk with Kobi.....its amazing how he can tell sis is suffering, and he's great at picking things up off the floor for her too!!

I spotted this patch of buttercups in the field, so got sis to position Kobi in amongst them, and doesnt he look a picture :-))

We managed a couple of hours out, just to M&S for lunch, oh and sis bought me a lovely pair of wedges for my birthday, although its not for a couple of weeks yet though ;-) We popped into Sainsburys and Tesco......saw an old friend who Imhavent seen for a long time, which was a nice surprise :-)

Popped back to sis's house, just had time for a quick cuppa before heading off. I was a bit late leaving, the traffic was heavy, took me an hour and a half to get home, instead of 45 minutes :-/

Hub took himself off to Reds for his lunch today, without me, the waitresses kept him company ;-)

Its quizzing tonight.....wonder if we can better our second place last week, mind you, we are still down to four, but you never know
