Actually, it looks just as good here as it did when it went onto the plate. And it tasted absolutely wonderful, no matter what it looks like ;)

While we're definite meat eaters, a good veggie stir-fry always goes down well in our house and this one was no exception. I may have overdone it on the onion, though, as it's been repeating all evening. Oh well ;)
