Lovely day out with my sister. First we went to Cheadle and visited St Giles' church which was designed and decorated by Pugin (main photo capturing light through one of the stained has windows falling on some of the floor tiles). Then on to Froghall and a drink in the sun at the station on the Churnet Valley Railway (see extra). Finally to Cheddleton for lunch and a walk including the (closed) Flint Mill(extra).
Now home, fed and watered and pleasantly worn out!
