Elderflower champagne

Elderflower cordial on Tuesday and today it was the time to bottle the champagne. Last year several bottles exploded but I hope this time around sturdier glass might enable them to survive.
Another trip to the valley to not pick up my debroussailleur - a definitive Mardi prochaine now given to us.
Tonight was the night for the chasseurs' dinner - unlike last night - when the hunters dine the local indigenes as a thank you for letting them (not sure you can stop them?) hunting over the land. A few familiar faces and plenty not.
