Golden Morning
Up early, weather clear, should be good for a sunrise ... take my point and shoot for a change ...... to a spot I had noticed a while back that might make for a good vantage point.
Waited for the sun to make an appearance ...... up it comes and I away I click with my camera ....... this is what you get! I did have the sun rising between the V in the tree trunks but the flare was horrendous .... so I guess this would be called a pre-sunrise.
Now it's grey, starting to rain and surprisingly cold - I hope it clears up for all those who have arranged charity bonfire and firework displays tonight (for non-UK people it is Guy Fawkes Night (or Bonfire Night) on the 5th November and, if it falls close to a weekend, most charity, town and city-run events are held on the Saturday closest to that date. Enjoy your fireworks everybody, stay safe and, most of all, keep your animals at home and look after them if they are scared with all the load bangs, flashes and noises.
Thank you to you all for delivering my (almost everlasting) bouquet to the spotlight page yesterday - the flowers that are still looking good are now in with the new ones - watch this space for more flower blips!!!!
