Future promise

A later plane for me this time, as I head for Madeira.

That gives me time to look at my garden in the morning sunshine and wonder what will develop over the next week. It’s very much a turning point as the magnolia has finished, the tulips are disintegrating and the geraniums look overblown and rangy.

On with the poppies (Welsh yellow is already flourishing)

There are peony buds ready to burst forth and the echinacea is reappearing in the pots......
