Beeautiful Day Out

Had a really fun day at Hidcote Manor Garden (Gloucestershire), in glorious sunshine, with Aliscotia, and her friends, Clare and Julia. I so enjoyed meeting both of them at last! Each of us armed with a different type of camera and lens (mine gratefully borrowed from Ali), we exclaimed our way around the gardens at the many beautiful flowers, stopping frequently to take pictures. Having said that, out of the hundreds of flower shots I took, I was drawn to this lovely pollen-covered bee with his very heavy pollen sacs. Really enjoyed being out with a macro lens again.
