Twinkle ...........

Fireworks were in abundance last night , it was never ending.
I expect tonight will be a repeat, and tomorrow a repeat of the repeat , until we get to the real deal on Monday.
As I child , I used to be sooo excited when we were given a box of fireworks. It was a magical night, sparklers and toffee apples . Bonfires and baked potatoes. I always used to save the Catherine Wheel until last . Then it was upto my bedroom, and to sit on the sill in the dark , and watch the sky twinkle.
