Pampered Pup

Yesterday’s photo showed Clare enjoying the sunshine, today it’s Gussie’s turn.
Today was always going to be a busy day, Clare went off for her hairdressers appointment and I went off to ‘Fat Club’ or to give it its correct title The Living Well Clinic.
Mixed results; gained 2lb, lost 1 inch off my waist and my blood pressure has dropped considerably, so overall, given my lifestyle change, il quite pleased.
I ducked out of the Veterans Gig Club Meeting at six but chaired the Royal Naval Association Meeting at 7:30 where I also covered for the Secretary and Treasurer who are on holiday.
