Pruner

I used to have two long handled tree pruners, both inherited (from family or previous houseowners) and bothvery old.  Sadly both had reached the end of their useful lives, so I decided to buy a new one.  The designs have changed somewhat, not least because they now include a saw blade as well as the secateur type cutting blade.

Provided it's not raining tomorrow, I think I know what I shall be doing!
