Moss

Earlier in the spring I treated our lawn with a combined weed killer and grass feed.  Unfortunately, it seems the lawn had more weeds and moss to be killed than grass to be fed.  We now have several large bare, brown patches.

Today I was raking up the dead moss.  The moss from even a relatively small part of the lawn was enough almost to fill the wheelbarrow.

I think it will take some hard work to get the lawn back to a reasonable condition.
