Father and son :)

I took my boy swimming today and afterwards we had our own little adventure getting some more fireworks and dodging the hail showers. It was good fun for us both. He deserved the gingerbread George I bought him as his swimming is coming on nicely :) I deserved the decaf latte I had as I went to BMF (British Military Fitness) this morning and pushed myself hard. I got absolutely plastered in mud and the photo I took of myself was very nearly my blip. I like this one better though.

I bought myself a sandbag today for training with. I have NEVER been so determined to get fit. Watch this space!

Wondering what I will do next weekend on what would have been my wedding anniversary. Avoid being home like the plague I would have thought. Any ideas?
