The first rose.

Evening sunshine, and our first rose of summer.
Another sunny day. 22C but feels cooler because of the breeze.

We have spent a lovely day with our friends
J and F over at their home in Bingley.
We won’t be seeing them for much longer as they are going back to live in South Africa.
It has all happened much more quickly than they had thought, as their house sold within a week of it being put up for sale.
We are certainly going to miss them.
