Bolognese
It's been another glorious summer day.
We drove to Bellingham to have lunch at the Riverdale Hall Hotel. (I'd won lunch for two in a raffle last year.) A lot of people were outside so we enjoyed a quiet dining room. "Entertainment" was provided later when a married couple, both priests, arrived. She had taken services elsewhere this morning and wanted to know who had been in the congregation where he had worshipped. He is very deaf, so we could not avoid overhearing the conversation! Discretion prevents me from saying more!
On our way out we met the cutest character of the day. She is a Bolognese. This Italian breed nearly died out but has been revived. They are toy dogs who are easy to train and very loyal. She will not be much bigger when fully grown - now at 14 weeks and a delight.
