Harry at the Northumberland Show

What a wonderful day for the Northumberland  Show.

I was there before the official opening and before the traffic queues. Julie arrived soon afterwards so we had coffee, set the world to rights and then looked around the stalls and the dog show.

We split up before lunch and I spent the rest of the day using my camera. At one point I was sitting in the middle of a field to be near to the tug of war. The steward was really helpful and I just assumed that no one I knew would see me! It certainly helped me to get some good images and very hard to choose what to show. (See extra.)

Back at the dog show I met Teresa with Harry (pictured). When she showed him, I grabbed this shot. Don't ask me his breed (I've forgotten). I took a lot more of the two of them but I love the way she is interacting with him.

I needed a rest when I came home again! Now I have a pile of images to go through and decide which to keep.
