Haar!

A busy but very pleasant day, with the only disappointment being the weather. Yes, the haar, which was supposed to burn off by midday at least, stayed and stayed and stayed all day. We met up for a family lunch at Dobbies, and as we drove south out of town, we could see sunshine on the hills where were weren’t going!

Archie also had a very busy day - out with Becky and Daniel in the morning, and Annemique and her brother in the afternoon. Lucky boy! Our visitors relaxed in between Archie's appointments.

Archie had a proper shower to last him a week while we're away. Here he's having a quick towelling down. I think he quite enjoys it. Or maybe he's just given up resisting. (Photo by Tineke).

He still stares at the visitors from the other side of the coffee table, but has indulged in a few tug of wars with T.

Need to pack tomorrow. And double check flight times, boarding passes etc. No cock-ups this time!
