Allium

As we promised ourselves - a gardening day, part two tomorrow.

Two years ago we bought a few allium bulbs at Arley, I planted them and they came up last year and are returning this year.

I am ridiculously fond of them. As are the insects. These are the first to flower, and they are already seeding.
