A squat, or what?

First day back at the gym today, but I took it easy, and only did back friendly exercise. I then walked into the fields, and I spotted these two guys doing a workout on the picnic bench. I sat on one of the benches, quite a distance away, put my gym bag in front of me,  put my camera on the table, so that they wouldn't see me taking their photo, and clicked away. .It was an opportunity too good to miss. Job done, I phoned J to come and pick me up. We had our lunch in the garden, and then J was going to cut the lawn, except as he was about to start, a friend of ours called,  so we had a long chat. J did eventually cut the lawn, and now it's time for our evening meal, although we are not very hungry, so it will be just a snack.We are looking forward to watching the last ever episode of Peter Kay's car share tonight. Will they, or won't they? I hope it will be a happy ending.
