Pond in Hikarigaoka park

A picnic in Hikarigaoka park in Nerima-ku (http://www.meetup.com/The-Nerima-West-area-in-Tokyo-Chat-Room-in-English/events/87164782/) was a nice way to spend this autumn Sunday. The foliage has started turning red. Hikarigaoka park has this pond inside. I was trying to do a slow shutter to get an interesting effect with the rippling water, but instead of an appropriate ND filter, I only had a circular polariser. In the end, the shutter wasn't slow enough.
