Kimono in Kawagoe

Despite a rather gloomy day (and yes, again it was a Sunday -- wonder why it is never sunny on Sundays!) today, some of my friends and I went to Kawagoeshi (Kawagoe city - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kawagoe,_Saitama), about 30 minutes north west of Ikebukuro to walk around the old town. Dressing up in traditional kimono fits into the atmosphere with the old architecture. While walking after lunch, I found this young woman dressed up in a kimono.
