....of the AmVets. (American Veterans).  Jennie, Mae and I went downtown for the 153rd Memorial Day Parade this afternoon and really enjoyed it. A wonderful tribute to our veterans, culminated by a wreath laying ceremony at the end of the parade route. I took lots of pictures but went with this one, as I liked how the motorcycle was painted. After the parade ended we took a stroll along the Riverwalk, watching all the people out in kayaks, boats and even a jet ski. Lots of people with our same idea, and everyone appeared to be enjoying the day outside. Still hot--in the mid 80's (F)--but not as humid as yesterday, so not unbearable! Hope all the US blippers had a great holiday! :)
