Couldn't resist

I had to steal a photo my dad sent me of a wee bird going into his bird box. Even though it looked like a frog to me on first glance. 

Such a quiet day at work as lots of people off for the bank holiday. You know you've the best colleagues though when you're offered an ice lolly about five times in a day! Then crossfit outside after work with the crew and I've never laughed so hard while exercising. A definite additional ab workout there!
