Carriageworks Market

Spent the morning exploring Carriageworks Market, near Darlington (wee nod to home there). Started off with a coffee with the ultimate eco friendly option of a ceramic mug loan while you were at the market. Perfect on a chilly morning!

Afternoon was spent at Day 2 of the Pacific CrossFit Regionals. These are the qualifiers for the worldwide Games in a few months time. Australia has the 2 top women in the world and it was amazing to see them move effortlessly. We’ll be back tomorrow to see the finals.
