Pacific Regionals

Had a fantastic day today. Morning spent with our friends, Thea and Colin, from Glasgow who now live in Sydney. We had breakfast at the Armoury by Olympic Park - delicious food and great to catch up like no time had passed at all. I really wanted to have a go on the slides nearby but had to let kids on... they always get the good stuff!

The afternoon was back at the CrossFit Regionals for the final events. The picture shows the men, women and teams that qualified from the Pacific region. All the volunteers (judges, medical and people that move all the equipment and get things set up) are at the side which I thought was a nice touch too.
