Stobo Water Gardens

Stobo Water Gardens were open to the public today. Unfortunately the weather was a bit drizzly and misty which meant that there weren’t many visitors. However it also meant that those visitors who did turn up (like us) had the gardens to themselves and the damp weather created a Himalayan mountain style atmosphere (I imagine that’s what its like anyway) The rhododendrons and azaleas were in fantastic full bloom and after a walk around the garden there were teas in the village hall.
