Among Friends

More feeding in the front yard. We enjoy watching them eat their breakfast as much (or more) than we enjoy eating our own. However, it would be hard to say which meal won, today's apple cinnamon coffee cake or yesterday's peach pancakes. We'll put another runner in tomorrow, pumpkin pancakes!

I never tire of the beautiful coloring of the quail and the cute cottontail rabbits. A shot through the front porch railing gave it a border of some sorts.
