Chinese Lanterns

Today was the last Lantern display of the year at the Montreal Botanical Gardens so it was a first ever visit to the botanics in the dark! The Japanese Garden had a really impressive light show and the Chinese Garden was full of lanterns depicting dragons, pandas, assorted Chinese characters, cranes (the flying kind), tigers, floating horses and too many Samurai to mention. However I liked the good old traditional lanterns the best!
