Post shopping lunch

Big food shop in Sainsbury's.  Even managed to use a few of the vouchers they give you for earning extra Nectar points.  Of course I then got another handful!

Really quiet at the gym this morning, maybe because I was extra early.

Now the cupboards and fridge are full I have more choice for my evening meal
