Salad Days!

Part of the offering for the ladies today.  Recipe from one of them.  Tomatoes, shallots, garlic, mustard,  honey and oil marinade.  Delicious!
Fortunately there are some strawberries and cream left over.

Rod Stewart is performing in MK tonight at the football stadium which is on the same site as the gym I attend. Quite an interesting journey to gain entrance as lots of barriers and  a one way system manned by people in high vis jackets at 7.45 am!
