Broken moon

The moon looks sort of lop-sided tonight. This photo was the best I could do, and I don't fully understand why. I tried my hardest but I know my Fuji HS20 is capable of better. So it must be down to me. Must practice more and read my 'Understanding Exposure' book, but I struggle to focus (boom, boom!).

I went to "Blow and Blast" (a woodwind group) this afternoon, for the first time in a few months. I see most of the people that go at various music things so it feels like being among friends.

And had a dog-fest and a tasty roast beef dinner at horsey friend's dad's house. Yum. Love horseradish.
