Poppy!

I've been keeping an eye on my poppies for weeks - I have a white, a red and a pink plant and last year they were disappointing. This year I have fed and watered them and oh my the rewards! Each day I'd spot new flower buds - 9 on the white, 4 on the pink, two on the red! The red one is in the wrong position, it kept drying out hence the lack of buds - or maybe it needed more feed or is just a poor flowerer?!
Today one of the white ones opened! Stunning! 
Not much else done today apart from poppy admiring - IBS flare up - Grrr! I wanted to be digging on my allotment!
