Happy 75th Birthday Mr C

I took Mr C to Peace and Loaf for a birthday lunch. It was so pretty and tasty as well,

We’d intended to go to the Tyneside to a film he chose, but it was such a nice day we thought we’d call to see how #3 daughter’s house was coming on, then go home and sit in the garden. The floor sanders were in. They have discovered the dining room won’t come up too well as past dog pee has marked the wood too deeply.

We sat out in the garden and played with the children who were a bit miffed it was grandad’s birthday and I’d not brought a cake.
We’ll do that on Ssturday before we go to see Benjamin Zephaniah at the Sage.
