A Path Well Worn
...but pastures new.
From Hope we travelled to Soldotna. We have been through this nice little city a number of times over the past 3 years but never stayed.
Our plan was to go up the Kenai Spur to the campground at the Captain Cook park. When we got there we couldn't get the RV level, a must for the fridge not to break and we were attacked by millions of mosquitoes.
We returned to Soldotna and booked into the Centennial Campground on the Kenai River. It's a favourite with fishermen and a wonderful credit to the city.
My Blip is of our RV seen from the path that leads to the river (extras). There are level walkways all around the park including some suspended over the river and wild areas of the woods.
We continue our trip south tomorrow.
