Restoration project

We have a couple of garden benches that are definitely a health hazard.  This one, I picked up from Freecycle as a restoration project before I met W.  I even bought the coach bolts to replace the ones in it, which are rusted solid and will need grinding off.  I had looked at, but hadn't got around to buying the wood.  

It moved with me to our current house 5 years ago, and has rested in a corner, gradually rotting even more.  today I contacted a sandblasting/powder coating company to price up restoration of the ends - and had to take photos to send.
